NCB Capital and SEDCO Development combine to launch Residential Development Fund

Saudi Arabia’s largest asset manager NCB Capital and Jeddah-based Saudi Economic and Development Company (SEDCO) have joined forces to launch the AlAhli SEDCO Residential Development Fund, a public close-ended Shariah-compliant investment fund.

The fund will provide investors with capital growth
